We formalised our agency agreement with Xinxing back in 2017. Xinxing and Pinnacle have be supplying apparel to many African nations. We understand that troops in the field need to know that protective clothing is to be tough, comfortable and durable. The quality of product,service and delivery keeps our valued clients coming back for more.

MRE (Meals-Ready to Eat)

An army moves on their stomachs so it is essential that your troops are well equiped with tasty and nutitious hot food when they want it. Convenient MRE enables personnel to heat food with the pull of a tab in portion controlled packaging.

Metals & Rare Earths

Pinnacle acts as faciltators in B2B transcations in sought after metals and rare earths. From copper isotope to cathode, zinc, nickel, gold and precious stones we have the network to supply your requirements and to manage the process from enquiry to delivery

Food Products

We work with some of the best producers of ICUMSA sugar, GMO and Non-GMO soya beans, chick peas, rice and other seasonal lines. This arena has been traditionally vulnerable to scams and fraud but at Pinnacle we only deal with trusted growers to ensure that the buyer is protected against scammers.

How We Work

1. Establish contact
When you reach out to us, one of our senior personnel will respond within 24 hours
2. Requirement Analysis
We will discuss your needs & request a 'non binding' Letter of Intent (LOI) with your requirements and on the basis of the LOI we will source the best supplier from our network
3. Pricing & Contracting
We will require a Letter of Mandate and we will negotiate pricing ,logisitics and payment terms and provide a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for your consideration.
4. Project Initiation
Upon acceptance of the FCO contracts known as the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be drafted and the parties will execute the contract which at that stage will be binding.
5. Project Completion
The transaction at this point is protected by INCOTERMS 2021 and upon our bank acceptance of the payment instrument via the swift system the consignment will be shipped.
Pinnacle will be with your organisation from conception to completion on Job specific tasks or ongoing collaboration. Essentially, our people are your people for as long as you require our expertise. One of our partners will take oversight of your instructions and task the right people to perform the wokflow in a similar manner to large legal firms or acountancy practices, the difference is that we deal in profit enhancing projects and our success fees are based on your success ... the essence of the "win-win" adage.
